Task Manager Fields

  • Login Id: This field automatically displays the login ID of the current user. This field can be changed by tapping the Lookup icon and choosing another user.
  • Start Date : This is the beginning target date for the task. This field corresponds with the Task panel in the workflow. The date that automatically loads in this field is ten days prior to the current date, but can be changed by using the calendar icon.
  • End Date : This is the end date for the task. This field corresponds with the Task panel in the workflow. The date that automatically loads in this field is ten days into the future from the current date, but can be changed by using the calendar icon.

Filter Fields

  • Available: This only includes tasks that are available to be worked on (for example, in an open milestone, not closed due to a flag, etc.).
  • Completed: This only includes tasks that are complete.
  • Review: Select to show Review task types in the results.
  • Inspection: Select to show Inspection task types in the results.
  • Hearing: Select to show Hearing task types in the results.
  • Search: Tap to search tasks.

Details Fields

  • Unit: This allows you to specify a location by entering a unit number.
  • Location Notes: This allows you to specify a location by entering notes about the exact location of the case.
  • Assigned To: This automatically populates with the employee assigned to the task. To change the employee, tap the drop-down list to select an employee.
  • Target Start Date: This field automatically displays the estimated start date of the task. Tap the calendar icon to change the target start date.
  • Target End Date: This field automatically displays the estimated completion date of the task. Tap the calendar icon to change the target end date.

NOTE: The Assigned To and Target End Date fields can be changed at any time because they are saved independently of the task result.

  • Actual Start Date: Enter the actual start date for the case.
  • Actual End Date: Enter the actual finish date for the case.
  • Completed By: This field automatically displays the login ID of the current user. This field can be changed by tapping the drop-down list and selecting a new user's ID.
  • Date Completed: This field automatically displays the current date. Use the calendar icon to change the date the task is completed.
