Case Functions Drop-Down List Fields

The three dots icon to the right of Case Summary provides the user with more functionality within the case.

NOTE: The Case Payment History option is only available on business license cases.

  • Case Related Activities: Tap to view any activities related or associated to the case. See Related Work Activities for more information on opening related activities, adding new activities, linking to existing activities, and removing activities.
  • Workflow: Tap to view all tasks associated to the case. See Workflow Panel for more information.
