ELM

ELM allows you to quickly attach equipment, labor, and material to the work order. The ELM page opens in a new browser tab.

PREREQUISITES:

  • ELM can only be used if crews are set up. See Crew Manager in the Admin 1.1 Guide for more information.

There are two tabs in ELM: Apply To and Add Costs. The Apply To tab is used to specify which work orders, tasks, and assets the equipment, labor, and material are applied to. The Add Costs tab is used to add either employee-or contractor-provided equipment, labor, and material. Existing Costs associated to the work orders are displayed below the Apply To and Add Costs tabs.

Labor, material, and equipment added from ELM appear on the work order labor, material, and equipment pages when the Actual option is selected.
