Add a Table Widget

The table widget can list results from any query.

PREREQUISITES:

  1. Tap Dashboard.
  2. Tap Page actions in the upper-right corner and tap Manage Dashboards.

NOTE: The 10 most-recently-viewed dashboards display. To quickly switch between recently-viewed dashboards, see Switch Between Dashboards for more information.

The Dashboard Management page opens.

  1. Tap the edit icon in the Dashboards panel.
  2. On the Dashboard - Edit page, tap the add icon.

The Add Widget panel opens.

  1. Select Table.
  2. Enter the Name.
  3. Select the Name Color, Background Color, and Text Color.
  4. Select the Query. Only 100 rows are loaded for the selected query and the text is updated to reflect that the results may be incomplete.
  5. Select an action. For example, select Open WO(s) to allow work orders to be opened from the value displayed.

  1. Add Columns to the table to add more information to the table.

NOTE: Some columns that can be added allow you to add related information that can be viewed on the dashboard. See View Related Information for more information.

  1. Select Sort next to the column you want the table sorted by and tap Desc if you want the information compiled in descending order.
  1. Tap Save.
