Customize Menus

You can customize an existing side menu to fit your organization’s needs or create new menus. By default, the menu includes items to access the Dashboard, Recent work activities, Create work activities or eURL searches, Asset Details, Notifications, Task Manager and Payment Manager (if licensed for PLL), My Apps, and Settings.

NOTE: When you customize a menu, the customizations are saved to the database and are not overwritten by new functionality created by Cityworks. For example, if you have already customized your menu to include app menu items, the My Apps menu item does not appear in the menu by default.
