Map Layers

Additional GIS fields can be shown on the case if the administrator has configured it in Admin. Map layer fields can be updated if anything changes on the case.

PREREQUISITES: Map layers are set up in Admin. See Configure GIS Data on a Case Template in the Admin 3.0 Guide for more information.

1. Open a case.
2. Tap Update Map Layers on the Map Layers panel to refresh the values.

NOTE: Changes are saved automatically.
