Basic Search Form Fields

The following fields are found on the Permits tab of the Basic Search panel:
- Case Name: Enter the name of the case.
- Case Type: Select the type of case (residential, commercial, license, etc.).
- Type Description: Enter the description of the case type.
- Subtype: Select the subtype of the case.
- Subtype Description: Enter the description of the subtype.
- Number: Enter the number or ID of the case.
- Location: Enter the address associated with the case.

The following fields are found on the Work Orders tab of the Basic Search panel.
- Work Order ID: Enter the work order ID.
- Address: Enter the address associated with the work order.
- Entity Type: Select the type of entity the work order is related to.
- Work Order Type: Select the type of work order. The drop-down list populates when an Entity Type is selected.
- Category: Select the category.
- Priority: Select the priority level of the work order.
- Status: Select the status (i.e., closed, open, etc.) of the work order.
- Submit To: Select who the work order was submitted to.

The following fields are found on the Service Requests tab of the Basic Search panel.
- Service Request Type: Select the type of service request.
- Category: Select the category the service request is a part of.
- Submit To: Select who the service request was submitted to.
- Dispatch To: Select who was sent or dispatched to the service request.
- Status: Select the status (i.e., closed, open, etc.) of the service request.
- Address: Enter the address associated to the service request.

The following fields are found on the Inspections tab of the Basic Search panel.
- Inspection Type: Select the type of inspection.
- Status: Select the status (i.e., closed, open, etc.) of the inspection.
- Submit To: Select who the inspection was submitted to.
- Inspected By: Select who inspected the inspection.
- Inspection Date: Use the calendar icon to select the date of the inspection.
- Priority: Select the priority level of the inspection.
