Use Attachments

The Attachments panel allows you to add, view, edit, or remove attachments associated to the work order.

  1. Open a work order.
  2. Tap Attachments from the Work Order menu.

Existing attachments appear in the Attachments panel.

If you want to attach the file to a task, select the task in the Work Order Tasks section before adding the file(s).

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. Tap Edit to edit attachments. See Edit Attachments for more information.
  2. Tap Delete attachment or Delete All to remove attachments from the work order. See Remove Attachments for more information.
  3. Tap Search to open the Attachment Search page. See Filter Attachments for more information.
  4. Tap Comments to enter any comments, if desired, before adding the file(s).

  1. Tap Work Order in the upper-left corner of the page at any time to return to the main work order page.
