View Multiple Work Orders

Multiple work orders can be viewed at the same time.

You can open work orders from a dashboard.

  1. Open a dashboard. See View a Dashboard for more information.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. Select the work orders you want to view.
  2. Tap Open WO(s).

The selected work orders appear as tabs in ascending numerical order across the top of the Work Order page.

  1. Tap a work order ID to switch to another work order.
  2. If you selected many work orders, tap the arrows at either end of the tabs to display more tabs.

You can open related work orders from an existing work order. See Open a Related Work Activity for more information on opening a child work activity.

You can open work orders from results of a search performed on the Basic Search panel.

  1. Perform a search. See Perform a Search for more information.
