Correction Fields

The following fields are found in the Corrections panel.

  • Result: Select the result for the correction from the drop-down list, such as if it passes or fails or is approved or should be resubmitted. The result codes available in the drop-down list vary depending on the correction.
  • Re-Check: Select this check box to mark that the correction has not been satisfactorily completed.

  • Details: Tap to mark the correction as complete, view the completed by and date completed, and view correction text. See Complete a Task for more information on completing a task.
  • Completed By: This field automatically populates with the login ID of the current user. If needed, tap the drop-down list and select a new user's ID to change the user.
  • Date Completed: This field automatically populates with the current date. If needed, tap the calendar icon to change the date.
  • Correction Text: This field automatically populates with any text added by the administrator to the correction.
  • Comments: Add any additional comments to the correction.
  • Add Comment: Tap Add Comment to add additional information. This is used to indicate what must be done to ensure that the correction task passes the recheck. See the Comments section for more information on comments.

  • Filter icon: Tap to view all corrections that have been marked Re-Check.
  • Add recordTap to add one or more corrections.
  • Delete selected records: Tap to remove a selected correction or corrections from the list.
  • Apply Defaults: Tap to apply the default status (of the correction group the correction task is a part of) to all the correction tasks listed.
  • Clear Results: Tap to clear the inspection checklist results. A confirmation opens to verify.

NOTE: This clears all results except for items that have been marked as recheck.

  • Rows: Tap to change the number of rows viewed at a time in the panel.
