Open the Corrections Window

You can open and view corrections associated to a task from the Edit Task panel or Task Manager.

You can use the Edit Task panel to open the Corrections section.

  1. Open a case.
  2. Tap Edit Task on the Workflow panel.

The Edit Task panel opens.

  1. Tap Corrections.

The Corrections section opens at the bottom of the panel.

You can use Task Manager to open the corrections section.

  1. Open Task Manager and perform a search. See Search for Tasks for more information on performing a search.
  2. Tap Corrections by the desired task to open the corrections section.
