View an Attachment

Attachments can be viewed from the Attachments panel.

NOTE: For PLL cases, the Attachments panel looks a bit different than the following images, but the functionality is the same.

1. Open the work activity.
2. Navigate to the Attachments panel.
3. Tap an attachment.

A preview window opens.

4. Tap Zoom in or Zoom out to view the attachment better. Tap Reset Zoom to return to the original view.
5. If there are multiple attachments, tap Previous and Next arrows between attachments.
6. Tap Download to save the image to your computer or mobile device.

7. Tap More actions and tap Details.

A panel opens and allows you to view details about the attachment, such as its size, name, who it was attached by, or the date it was attached.

8. Tap Close in the upper-left corner to close the preview window.
