• Unpaid: The total amount of unpaid deposits.
• Credit: The paid deposit amount less any payments made to one or more fees.
• Amount: The total amount of all paid and unpaid deposits.
• Paid: The total amount of paid deposits.

Each deposit type and description are listed individually with its amount and paid amount. Tap the edit icon on the right of each deposit to open the Edit Deposit panel.

• Filter records: Tap to quickly filter the list of fields in the panel.

• Add record: Tap to add a record.
• Re-Calculate: Updates the deposit amounts with the latest deposits. See Recalculate Deposits on a Case for more information.

To add deposit amounts to the case.

• Deposit Code: The code identifier of the deposit.
• Description: The description of the deposit selected. This field cannot be changed.
• Amount: The total amount of the deposit. When a deposit is selected, the amount automatically populates, but the amount may be changed if needed.

• Filter records: Tap to quickly filter the list of fields in the panel.

• Column Menu: Tap to modify the columns shown on the panel.

• Deposit Type: Identifies the kind of deposit that is added to the case. This field cannot be changed.
• Comments: Additional information about the deposit.
• Ca Fee Id: A generated ID of the fee.
• Fee Code: The name of the fee code.
• Amount: The amount of the deposit applied toward the fee.

• Filter records: Tap to quickly filter the list of fields in the panel.

• Column Menu: Tap to modify the columns shown on the panel.
