Recalculate Fees on a Case

If you want to make sure that the fees on a case are up to date, you can recalculate them.

  1. Open a case.
  2. Scroll to the Fees panel.
  3. Tap Re-Calculate on the Fees panel.

This updates the fees to the current fee code setting.

  1. Open a case.
  2. From the activity toolbar, tap Case Fees to open the Case Fees page.

The Case Fees page opens and any fees associated to the case are listed.

  1. At the bottom of the page, tap Re-Calculate.

This updates the fees to the current fee code setting.
