Complete a Flag

When the problem has been corrected, you can mark a flag as complete.

  1. Open a case.
  2. Scroll to the Flags panel.
  3. Tap the edit icon to the right of the flag.

The Edit Flag panel opens.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. Select who the flag is Completed By.
  2. Double-tap in the date field to enter the current date or use the calendar icon to select the Date Completed.
  3. Tap Save. If Save is selected after entering the completed date but before selecting who completed it, the Completed By field populates with the current user's login.

NOTE: Once a flag is completed, it cannot be edited.

  1. Open a case.

  1. Select the flag you want to mark as complete.
  2. Tap Complete.

The Edit Flag panel opens. The Completed By and Date Completed fields are populated with the current user's login and date, but can be changed if desired.

  1. Tap Save.

NOTE: Once a flag is completed, it cannot be edited

You can complete a flag from a flag notification on the case summary page. An overlfow option displays when items do not fit in the screen size.

  1. Tap a flag notification.

The Complete Flag panel opens. The Date Applied field automatically populates with the current date.

  1. Tap Complete. This populates the Completed By field on the Edit Flag panel with the current user's login.

NOTE: Once a flag is completed, it cannot be edited.
