Task Manager

Task Manager is an alternative method to access tasks found on the Workflow panel of a case. By default, all of the tasks for the current user appear, but can be changed by selecting a different user from the Login Id field. You can also clear the Login Id field to search for tasks based on the Date Range.

NOTE: The first time you install Respond, you need to add any apps or pages you need or want to access. For example, use the Route menu option to add a menu item that navigates to the Asset Details, License Management tool, and other pages. See Add Menu Items and Edit Item Fields for more information. Task Manager is added to the menu by default, if you are licensed for PLL.
