Add a Count Widget

The count widget displays a value in your query, such as the number of results, an average, or count.

PREREQUISITES: You must either add a dashboard or edit a dashboard. See Add a Dashboard or Edit a Dashboard for more information. A query must be built. See Add a Query for more information.

1. Tap Dashboard.
2. Tap Page actions in the activity toolbar and tap Dashboard Management.

NOTE: The 10 most-recently-viewed dashboards display. To quickly switch between recently-viewed dashboards, see Switch Between Dashboards for more information.

The Dashboard Management page opens.

3. Tap the edit icon in the Dashboards panel.
4. On the Dashboard - Edit page, tap the add icon.

The Add Widget panel opens.

5. Select Count.

NOTE: A preview appears to the right on the Add Widget panel that dynamically changes as you define fields for the widget.

6. Enter the Name.
7. Select the Name Color, Background Color, Number Color, and Unit Color.
8. Select the Query.
9. Enter the Units.
10. Select the Numeric Type.
11. Select the Aggregation Type.
12. Select the Aggregate-By Field. This appears if Average or Sum are selected for the Aggregation Type.
13. Select an action. For example, select Open WO(s) to allow work orders to be opened from the value displayed.

14. Tap Save.
