Access Online Help and Technical Support

Help documentation or technical support can be accessed from your Cityworks site.

PREREQUISITES:

  • You must be logged in to MyCityworks to use the Technical Support option. If you are not logged in, you will receive an error.
  1. Tap Help on the main toolbar.
  2. Tap Respond Guide to access the latest Respond 5.3 Guide.
  3. Tap Technical Support to access the support page on MyCityworks.
