Waive a Fee

You can waive any fees attached to a case that have not been paid.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The administrator must give the user permission to waive fees.
  1. Open a case.
  2. Scroll to the Fees panel.
  3. Tap the edit icon to the right of the fee.

The Edit Fee panel opens.

  1. Tap the Waive Fee check box.
  2. Tap Save.

The fee is waived when you select the Waive Fee check box and save. See Fees Panel Fields for an explanation of the Fees panel fields.

  1. Open a case.
  2. From the activity toolbar, tap Case Fees.

The Case Fees page opens and any fees associated to the case appear.

  1. Tap Fees Details next to the fee you want to edit.

The Edit Fee panel opens.

  1. Tap the Waive Fee check box.
  2. Tap Save.
