Watch a Case

You can start watching a case in order to be notified when attachments have been added or payments have been made to the case. This allows you to receive notifications about the case you are watching. By default, users are not watching a case.

Open a case.
Tap Start Watching Activity in the upper-right corner.

Tap Start Watching Activity again to stop watching the case.
