Task Utility Fields
The following fields are found in the Task Utility and Task Action panels.

- Number: Enter the case number.
- Tag: Enter a tag. A tag is a free-form label for the activity a case is associated with. This is not a required item, but can be useful in tracking and organizing large projects that include many different cases.
- Accepted Date From: Enter the date or select it from the calendar.
- Accepted Date To: Enter the date or select it from the calendar.
- Project Code: Select a project code from the drop-down list.
- Status: Select a case status from the drop-down list.
- Case Type: Select a case type from the drop-down list.
- Sub Type: Select a case sub type from the drop-down list.
- Public Access Cases: Select to include Public Access cases.
- Search: Select to search for records matching the search criteria.
- Clear: Select to clear all search criteria.

Select one or more of the listed tasks.
- Task Code: The unique identifier representing the task.
- Task Description: The description of the task code.
- Result Code: A unique code that reflects the success or failure of a task.
- Task Available: The date which the task becomes available.
- Target End: The date which the task is estimated to be completed.
- Completed Date: The date the task is completed.
TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.
- Delete Selected Task: Select to remove the selected task(s).
- Reopen Selected Tasks: Select to reopen the selected task(s) that have been completed.
- Delete Time Accounting Data: Select to remove all time accounting data associated with the selected task(s).
- Delete Task Comments: Select to remove all comments associated with the selected task(s).
