Equipment Change Out

Equipment Change Out allows administrators to edit any asset and manipulate the relationships of assets. Each asset type can be customized with its own set of universal custom fields that allow IDs (including transmitter numbers), and associated readings such as flow, peak KWH, and pressure, to be recorded. Attributes for the entity can be edited if necessary, which then updates the geodatabase when a user adds or replaces an asset in Equipment Change Out.

PREREQUISITES:

  • Before users can do a change out, they need to be added to equipment change out in Admin under Employee Relates. Select the Work Management module and the Equipment Change Out table and assign the appropriate employees to the Changed By field.
  • You must have an SOE or a feature service defined for Equipment Change Out to work.
