Use Comments on a Task

You can format, add, or update comments on individual or multiple tasks on the Workflow panel on the case summary page.

NOTE: Comments added to a case and/or task using Public Access 7.1 and newer can be edited in Respond if the user belongs to a security role that has the appropriate security function enabled. See Security Functions in the Admin 3.8 Guide for more information. This requires Cityworks 23.2 and newer.
