Upload ActiveReports

Starting with Admin 3.4, an Attach File option allows you to add a file to the reports folder (...\<site_name>\host-data.user\reports) without adding it to the core database. Files added in this way are visible from the File tab of the Report Designer page in Respond. ActiveReports can be uploaded for cases in the Admin app using System Reports.

PREREQUISITES:

  • Users must be licensed for PLL and assigned security roles to access the page. See System Reports in the Admin 3.8 Guide for more information.
  1. Open the Admin app.
  2. From the home page, click PLL and click System Reports.
  3. On the User Reports panel, click Attach File.

  1. Drag the report where is says Drag attachment file here or click to upload or click to browe to the fle.
  1. Click Add.

Now the ActiveReports file is viewable and editable in the Report Designer.

Starting in Admin 3.8, ActiveReports can be uploaded for these work activities in the Admin app using the Report Manager.
