Questions and Answers

If questions and answers have been configured by the administrator in the service request template, the Questions panel displays the questions once the Request Type panel has been populated. This is to transcribe the interaction between the caller and the call taker.

  1. Select an answer to the question in the Questions panel.
  2. Tap Next Question to continue to the next question.

  1. When you answer the last question, tap Complete.

NOTE: In the Request Type panel, tap Previous Question to if you need to change an answer for the previous question. Tap Start Over to start from the beginning and answer questions. Then select the request type information and complete the questions. See Create a Service Request for more information on the Request Type panel.

Once the questions are answered, the Incident Information and Caller Information panels appear.

  1. Enter information in the Caller Information and Incident Information panels.
  2. Once all the information has been gathered, tap Create Service Request.
