Build Assemblies Fields

The following fields display on the Assemble panel:

• Account: Select the account the assembled material will be associated with. This field is populated in Designer under Preferences > Custom Codes > ACCOUNT.

• Work Order Id: If the work order ID is known, enter it here. If the ID is not known, tap the search icon to search for the work order. See Search for a Work Order for more information.
• Date: Enter the desired date and time or use the calendar icon to enter the date and time of the transaction. If the Transaction Date is left empty, the current date and time are recorded.
• Quantity: Enter the quantity of the material to assemble, or use the up and down arrows to select a quantity.
• Comments: Enter any comments regarding the assemblies.
