Group Rights Fields

The following fields appear in the Group Rights section on the Groups page:

• Audit: Adjust storeroom quantities when performing audits to reflect the actual stock on hand or change material unit costs.
• Issue: Distribute materials to work orders, employees, or accounts.
• Receive: Add materials to the storeroom received from suppliers, accounts, or work orders.
• Transfer: Move materials from one storeroom to another.

NOTE: If a user has Issue rights, Receive rights should also be given so that unused material can be received back into the storeroom. Any user has the rights to perform a requisition as it is merely a request for material and doesn't affect the inventory.
