Material Panel

The Issue, Receive, Transfer, Audit, Search, Requisition, and Build Assemblies pages are split into two panels, the Material panel and the bottom panel that changes depending on the transaction being performed. The Material panel includes materials from the storeroom selected and can be used to select material in a variety of ways on all of these pages.

In this panel, you can view or search materials using the search box or the list, hierarchy, suppliers, requisition, work order, or search icons. The material view icons will vary based on which transaction window is open.

The materials list is resizable.

1. To view more or less materials, click the gray bar at the bottom of the panel and drag it up or down.

Use the Storeroom drop-down list, on the right side of the Material panel, to choose which storeroom you want to view or work in.

On the list tab, you can use the search field in the top-right corner to search the materials. You can filter the list by typing the first few letters of the group in the search field.

2. Scroll through the list and select the desired material.

TIP: To select multiple materials use <Ctrl + click> or <Shift + click>.

When material items are selected, a Selected drop-down arrow appears in the top-right corner.

3. Click the drop-down arrow to easily view the material items you have selected.

4. To remove a selected item from the list, click the X next to a material.
