Storeroom Materials Fields

The following fields appear on the Storeroom Materials page on the Storeroom Materials panel:

• Stock on Hand: When a material is added, the Stock is 0 and cannot be changed here. The stock must be changed in Storeroom through an Audit or Receive transaction.
• Next Audit: Enter the date or use the calendar icon to select the next audit date.

NOTE: To specify an audit date other than what the cycle would require, enter a date in the Next Audit field. For example, you may want to audit a specific material on January 1st even though the cycle is set for six weeks, which wouldn't generate the next audit until February.

• Minimum Quantity: Enter the minimum quantity of materials your organization maintains.
• Maximum Quantity: Enter the maximum quantity of materials your organization maintains.
• Cycle Interval: Enter a number for the audit interval for the materials. When search materials in Storeroom, this is the Audit Interval field.
• Cycle Unit: Select Day, Week Month, or Year for the audit interval. When searching materials in Storeroom, this is the Audit Interval Unit field.
• Location: Enter the location for the Bin and 2nd Bin.
