Group Rights Fields

The following fields appear in the Group Rights section on the Groups page:

• Can Issue: Distribute materials to work orders, employees, or accounts.
• Can Receive: Add materials to the storeroom received from suppliers, accounts, or work orders.
• Can Transfer: Move materials from one storeroom to another.
• Can Audit: Adjust storeroom quantities when performing audits to reflect the actual stock on hand or change material unit costs.

NOTE: If a user has Can Issue rights, Can Receive rights should also be given so that unused material can be received back into the storeroom. Any user has the rights to perform a requisition as it is merely a request for material and doesn't affect the inventory.

• Access Level for Storerooms: Assign permissions for the Storeroom panel on the Storeroom Material page.
• Access Level for Storeroom Material: Assign permissions for the Storeroom Material panel on the Storeroom Material page.
• Access Level for Groups: Assign permissions for the Groups page.
