Search Transaction Fields

The following fields appear in the General Transaction Fields panel:

  • Visible Fields: Select the fields that will be visible in the search results after tapping Search.
  • Sort Field: Select which field to sort the search results by.
  • Sort by Descending: Select the check box to sort the results in descending order according to the desired field.
  • Transaction By: Select the employee(s) who completed the transaction.
  • Transaction Type: Select either Audit, Issue, Receive, or Transfer. More than one selection can be made.
  • Transaction Date: To view transactions within a specified date range, populate the Transaction Date field. To populate the Transaction Date using the calendar icon, see Search Within a Numeric Range for more information.
  • Recorded Date: Enter the recorded date or use the calendar icon to populate the field, see Search Within a Numeric Range for more information.
  • Unit Cost: Enter the unit cost or use the numeric search icon to define the search criteria. See Search Within a Numeric Range for more information.
  • Comments: Enter any comment text to search for.

The following fields appear in the Issue Fields panel:

  • Source Storeroom: Select the storeroom(s) from which the material was issued. This is populated in Designer under Preferences > Custom Codes > STORERM.
  • Account: Select the account number(s) associated with the issue transaction. This is populated in Designer under Preferences > Custom Codes > ACCOUNT.
  • Employee: Select the employee(s) associated with the issue transaction.
  • Quantity: Enter the quantity or use the numeric search icon to define the search criteria. See Search Within a Numeric Range for more information.
  • Work Order Id: Enter the ID of the work order that the material was issued to. Use a comma between IDs to search multiple work orders.

The following fields appear in the Receive Fields panel:

  • Destination Storeroom: Select the storeroom(s) where the materials were received. This is populated in Designer under Preferences > Custom Codes > STORERM.
  • Account: Select the account number(s) associated with the receive transaction. This is populated in Designer under Preferences > Custom Codes > ACCOUNT.
  • Supplier: Select the Supplier associated with the receive transaction.
  • Work Order Id: Enter the ID of the work order that the material was received from. Use a comma between IDs to search multiple work orders.
  • Requisition Number: Enter the requisition number.
  • Quantity: Enter the quantity or use the numeric search icon to define the search criteria. See Search Within a Numeric Range for more information.
  • Purchase Order: Enter the purchase order number.
  • Invoice Number: Enter the invoice number.

The following fields appear in the Audit Fields panel:

NOTE: Many fields in the Audit Fields section can be defined using the numeric search icon. See Search Within a Numeric Range for more information.

  • Storeroom: Select the storeroom(s) to search for audits. This is populated in Designer under Preferences > Custom Codes > STORERM.
  • Old Quantity: Enter the previous amount of the material in the storeroom or use the numeric search icon to define the search criteria.
  • New Quantity: Enter the actual amount of the material in the storeroom or use the numeric search icon to define the search criteria.
  • Old Unit Cost: Enter the previous cost for the material, or use the numeric search icon to define the search criteria.
  • New Unit Cost: Enter the updated cost or use the numeric search icon to define the search criteria.
  • Cost Difference: Enter the cost difference or use the numeric search icon to define the search criteria.

The following fields appear in the Transfer Fields panel:

  • Source: Select the storeroom(s) where the materials were before they were transferred. This is populated in Designer under Preferences > Custom Codes > STORERM.
  • Destination: Select the storeroom(s) where the materials were transferred to. This is populated in Designer under Preferences > Custom Codes > STORERM.
  • Account: Select the account number(s) associated with the transfer transaction. This is populated in Designer under Preferences > Custom Codes > ACCOUNT.
  • Requested By: Select the user(s) who requested the transfer.
  • Quantity: Enter the quantity or use the numeric search icon to define the search criteria. See Search Within a Numeric Range for more information.
