Save a Search

Saved searches are helpful for searches that are frequently performed in Storeroom and can be displayed in the Cityworks inbox. See Create a Saved Search in the Office and Tablet 15.8 for AMS Guide for more information on adding a saved search to the inbox.

NOTE: There are subtle differences in the user interface between the transaction, requisition, and material search pages, but the functionality is the same.

  1. Enter the desired search criteria you want to save as a search.
  2. Tap Save As.

  1. Enter the Query Name you want to save the search as.

NOTE: This is only visible to domain administrators.

  1. Tap Save.
