Import a Theme

You can import a theme, which is a JSON file, that has been exported from another Cityworks site.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The first time you install Style, you need to add any apps or pages you need or want to access. For example, use the Route menu option to add a menu item that navigates to the Theme Editor, Profile Editor, and other pages. See Add Menu Items and Edit Item Fields for more information.
  1. Open the theme editor.
  2. Click Import.

The Import Custom Theme panel opens.

  1. Either click the box in the panel to browse to the file or drag and drop the JSON file to where it says Click or drop custom theme files here. You can import as many themes as you want.

Any theme(s) appear in the list with their file and theme name(s), date modified, and import type. You can remove themes from this list before importing them.

  1. Click Import Theme.

The theme or themes appear in the Custom Theme drop-down list and are automatically selected so you can start modifying the theme as needed. See Modify a Theme for more information.

NOTE: If you imported multiple themes, no theme is selected in the Custom Theme drop-down list.
