Configure Service Request Status Values

Service request status values must be defined in Designer on the Service Request and Mobile tabs.

1. In Designer, navigate to Preferences.
2. Click the Service Request tab.
3. Select a status from the Default Request Status - New drop-down list.
4. Enter statuses for the Status Values fields.

5. Click the Mobile tab.
6. Select a status from the Service Request Complete Status drop-down list.
