Create a Related Work Order

You can create a work order related to the service request that you are viewing.

  1. Select a service request from the list.

The service request details open.

  1. Click Related Work Orders.

Any related work orders show.

  1. Click Add.

  1. Select the asset group.

  1. Select the asset type.

  1. Select the work order type. This is also known as the work order template.

The work order shows once it is created. Some fields are automatically populated based on the selected work order template.

  1. Enter any work order information and click Save.
