Sync the App

Syncing the app brings any new or updated service requests from Cityworks into the Trimble Unity mobile app and updates Cityworks with any edits made to service requests in the Trimble Unity mobile app.

From the main screen, click Trigger Sync in the top-right corner.

When viewing a service request, click Trigger Sync.

A loading screen opens and shows how long the sync will take.
