Configure Work Order Status Values

Work order status values must be defined in Designer on the Work Order and Mobile tabs.

1. In Designer, navigate to Preferences.
2. Click the Work Order tab.
3. Select a status from the Default Work Order Status - New drop-down list.
4. Enter statuses for the Status Values fields.

5. Click the Mobile tab.
6. Select a status from the Work Order Complete Status drop-down list.
