View an Attachment

You can view files attached to the work order.

  1. Open a work order.
  2. Tap Attachments to view a list of existing attachments.
  1. Tap an attachment to view or listen to the file.

If there is an image or file attached to the work order that isn't stored on your device, there will be a download icon to the right of the attachment.

  1. Tap the download icon to download the image, video, or audio file, then tap it again once the icon disappears to view or listen to the file.
