View or Edit Universal Custom Fields

Universal Custom Fields displays any universal custom fields associated with the service request.

NOTE: Universal Custom Fields shows the universal custom fields that are configured for the category associated with the service request. If universal custom fields are not configured, the field is hidden by default on the service request.

  1. Open a service request.
  2. Tap Universal Custom Fields to view and edit universal custom fields.

  1. Tap each field to enter the applicable data. These fields may include dates, options, or text boxes.

  1. Tap the check mark to clear a selected field.
