View a Service Request

You can open a service request from the Map, Inbox, and Recent. Complete one of the following to view a service request:

  1. Tap the menu icon in the upper-left corner.
  2. Tap Map.

  1. Tap a service request icon on the map, then tap the arrow on the description that displays.

  1. Tap the menu icon in the upper-left corner.
  2. Tap Inbox.

  1. Tap the service request icon at the bottom of the Inbox.

A list of service requests appear, grouped by saved searches or queries and pending service requests that need to be synced.

NOTE: If a record does not appear in the inbox, check the general template, template security, and group permissions. Or check to see if any saved searches or queries have been configured for the mobile inbox that prevent a work activity from appearing in the mobile inbox.

  1. Scroll through the list and tap the service request you wish to view.

  1. Tap the menu icon in the upper-left corner.
  2. Tap Recent.

The most recent work activities opened on the device appear in the list.

  1. Tap the desired service request from the list.
