Add Equipment

You can add equipment to a work order in the mobile apps.

PREREQUISITES:

  • You must configure the crew before you can add equipment using the iOS app. See Add or Edit a Crew in the Admin 3.3 Guide for more information.
  1. Open a work order.
  2. Tap Equipment to add equipment to the work order.

  1. Tap the plus sign in the upper-right corner.

  1. Select a Crew. Once a crew is selected, the equipment associated with the crew displays.

  1. Select an Account out of which the equipment is paid.

  1. Tap the Start Date and Finish Date to change the date and time the equipment is used. Once you select a date on the calendar, select the time.

  1. Use the Search field to filter the list of equipment.
  2. The Units fields have a default value of 1. Change the Units and add Hours to the right of the desired equipment by tapping in each field. Enter the number of units and hours you wish to add to each equipment item.

  1. Tap the Assets or Tasks you want to associate the equipment to.

  1. Tap Done.
