View a Work Order

You can open a work order from the Map, Inbox, and Recent. Complete one of the following to view a work order:

  1. Tap the menu icon in the upper-left corner.
  2. Tap Map.

  1. Tap a work order icon on the map, then tap the arrow on the description that displays.

  1. Tap the menu icon in the upper-left corner.
  2. Tap Inbox.

  1. Tap the work order icon at the bottom of the Inbox.

A list of work orders appear, grouped by saved searches or queries and pending work orders that need to be synced.

NOTE: If a record does not appear in the inbox, check the general template, template security, and group permissions. Or check to see if any saved searches or queries have been configured for the mobile inbox that prevent a work activity from appearing in the mobile inbox.

  1. Scroll through the list and tap the work order you wish to view.

  1. Tap the menu icon in the upper-left corner.
  2. Tap Recent.

The most recent work activities appear in the list.
