Administrators
Administrators are responsible for the administration of Cityworks. They have rights to add and edit employees, make changes on behalf of a domain or other users, manage roles and permissions, edit work management activities after they have been closed, and other administrative tasks.
If the administrator has been assigned to a specific domain, they can only make changes to the configuration of their assigned domain. If the administrator is not an employee of any domain, they can administer in multiple domains. For more information on domains, see Domains.
