Remove a Case Template

IMPORTANT: While it is possible to delete a case template, we strongly discourage you from doing so. Deleting a case template will cause errors in any cases based on that template.
- From the home page, click PLL and click Case Templates.
TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.
- On the Template Details panel, select the case template you want to deactivate then turn off the Active switch.
If no cases have been created based on a template, for example if the template was configured incorrectly, you can remove it by following these steps:
- On the Case Templates panel, select the case template you want to remove then click Delete selected records.
- Click Delete on the Delete Case Template panel.
