Edit a Case Type
Existing case types can be edited.

- From the home page, click PLL and click Case Types.
TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.
- On the Case Types panel, click the case type you want to view.
NOTE: Multiple case types can't be edited at once if some are active and some are inactive.
- On the Case Type Details panel, make any changes needed.
NOTE: Admin automatically saves the changes you make. A notification pops up at the bottom to verify changes have been saved.
