Clone Guided Access

You can create a guided access profile based on an existing one by cloning the desired profile, then editing the new profile to make it unique.

  1. From the home page, click PLL and click Guided Access.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. On the Guided Access panel, select the guided access profile you want to clone and click Clone selected records.

  1. Select the Case Template or Page for the new guided access profile and make any changes as desired.
  2. Click Add.
