Clone a Status Code

You can create a status code based on an existing one by cloning the desired code, then editing the new code to make it unique.

  1. From the home page, click PLL and click Status Codes.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. On the Status Codes panel, select the code you want to clone and click Clone selected records.

  1. Enter the Case Status and Description for the new status code and make any changes as desired.
  1. Click Add or Add and New to add the status code and create another one.

NOTE: Admin automatically saves the changes you make. A notification pops up at the bottom to verify changes have been saved.
