Clone a Status Code
You can create a status code based on an existing one by cloning the desired code, then editing the new code to make it unique.
- From the home page, click PLL and click Status Codes.
TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.
- On the Status Codes panel, select the code you want to clone and click Clone selected records.
- Enter the Case Status and Description for the new status code and make any changes as desired.
- Click Add or Add and New to add the status code and create another one.
NOTE: Admin automatically saves the changes you make. A notification pops up at the bottom to verify changes have been saved.
