Edit a Task Notification

Existing task notifications can be edited.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The Task Notification Setup security function and its associated sub-functions must be selected for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles for more information.
  • You must have a code for a task that is setup in PLL. See Task Setup (PLL) for more information.
  • You must have the appropriate notification type configured. See Notification Types in the PLL Admin Office Companion 23 Guide for more information.
  • You must have at least on people role in the system. See People Roles for more information.
  • You must have at least on contractor type in the system. See Contractor Types (PLL) for more information.
  • You must have a result code. See Task Results (PLL) and Task Result Sets (PLL) for more information.
  1. From the home page, click PLL and click Notification Task.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. On the Task Notification panel, select the task notification you want to edit.

  1. Make any needed changes.

NOTE: Admin automatically saves the changes you make. A notification pops up at the bottom to verify changes have been saved.
