Action Manager
Action Manager is used to configure actions, such as updating the Submit To on a service request based on its location, or to send information to a third party. This is done using actions triggered by the templates and events you create. Two actions can be configured—activity updates and webhooks. Activity updates are used to pull GIS attributes into Cityworks to populate fields in work activities based on their location or to populate fields with an exact value that you set. Webhooks are used to push information to outside parties when an event occurs in Cityworks.
