Work Orders

A work order is designed for tracking maintenance activities performed by individuals or crews and detailing the tasks to be done and the costs incurred.

You can create and clone work order templates, add tasks, labor, material, equipment, inspection templates, and map layers fields to a template. You can also select asset fields to be updated in the GIS when a work order is closed, create custom fields to add to a template, add predefined comments to a template, configure template security, select audit fields to be tracked on a work order, and configure all other things necessary to setting up work orders for your site.
